2i4, 5.35 - Food Shields establishes minimum food protection and sanitation requirements for the materials, design, construction, and performance of food shields. This issue revises the requirements and adds requirements for food shields for elementary schools; multiple tier food shields, cooking and carving station food shields, and cafeteria counter food shields.
